12 Tricks To Make You Smarter

1. Change Hands

Everyone is born with a dominant hand. Whether you’re a lefty or a righty, you’ve learned how to use that hand ever since you were a child. But, did you know that switching hands, while a challenge, could help you be “smarter”?

By changing hands, you force your brain to relearn many of the simple things that it’s taken for granted. In doing so, you sharpen it again and reinforce existing neural connections, as well as create new ones.

If writing with your non-dominant hand is too hard for you, you can try switching hands while using your computer’s mouse. Gradually, you can move on to other things, such as brushing your teeth with it, and so on and so forth.
